Position Summary: This role represents an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to work on Life Cycle Management for Orthopaedic Robotics. This person would start off by training with the EE PD team in Boston, with a goal of supporting LCM EE activities
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Strong electrical design and analysis skills, including an understanding of electrical systems and subsystem interfaces to overall system design are required for this role.
Solid knowledge of schematic design and layout using CAD tools for PCB design, preferably Altium Designer
Capable of producing formal PCB/ PCBA documentation (schematics, PCB fabrication drawings, PCB assembly drawings)
Ability to use all standard lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, to debug problems
Ability to understand electronic component data sheets
Understanding of obsolescence, design for reliability issues
