Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC) for a full-time position in Wayne, NJ. The LDTC will work directly with students, teachers, and families to assess learning needs, develop and implement specialized education plans, and provide support for students with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students with learning disabilities.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure educational progress.
Provide interventions and strategies tailored to students' individual needs.
Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Active LDTC certification in New Jersey.
Previous experience working as an LDTC preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
