What You'll Do:

• Lead Development Efforts - Design and implement high-performing, scalable applications using Private/Public Cloud (Azure/GCP), On-Premises Cloud, and modern frameworks.
• Enhance Software Delivery - Automate and optimize our software delivery process for efficiency and repeatability.
• Ensure Best Practices - Conduct code reviews, develop secure code, and follow industry best practices for full lifecycle software development.
• Mentor and Guide - Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and Innovate - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, drive technology initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Maintain Compliance & Security - Ensure adherence to firm-wide regulatory and delivery standards while identifying potential scalability, performance, and security issues.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 9+ years in software development with expertise in Java, Angular, Oracle, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Java (version 11+), Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, JSON.
  • UI Development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Angular.
  • Database development using Oracle/MS SQL Server.
  • Secure coding practices and test-driven development.
  • Automated CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with GIT, Jira, AppDynamics, Kibana (a plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
