Job Description: Sterling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Developer to join our dynamic Sterling team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, along with a proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment. As a Lead AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI initiatives and driving innovation within our organization.
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++. Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Required Education/Experience: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Oversee the development and implementation of AI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Utilize advanced knowledge in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies to design and develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of providing direction, support, and professional development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into our process and to develop products and services for sale to customers
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure AI models and systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and systems for transparency and reproducibility.
