Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven AI Leadership: Experience as an AI Team Lead, AI Solutions Architect, or a similar leadership role.
- Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with applying and fine-tuning generative AI models (GPT-4, OpenAI APIs, etc.) for real-world applications.
- AI Systems Integration: Proficiency in integrating AI services and APIs to develop full-fledged solutions.
- Cloud & Production Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- MLOps & AI Maintenance: Experience in maintaining AI applications post-deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Growth-Hacking Mindset: Ability to identify and capitalize on AI opportunities that drive business value.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of articulating complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
