Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of SAP applications within the organization. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. They are responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of applications, managing project timelines, and providing guidance and support to other analysts. They play a critical role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in SAP, application development processes, and technologies.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
Provide functional & technical expertise, guidance in the solutioning and implementation of SAP Manufacturing
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance are met
Provide training and business process support to user community
Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues
Ensure accurate master data management and transaction master data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Stay updated on SAP best practices and incorporate them into testing methodologies
Work with SAP Fiori applications to enhance the user experience for operations
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
5-7 years of experience as an SAP S/4 Manufacturing and Process Production
Strong knowledge of Activate methodology and industry best practices
End-to-end SAP S/4HANA green field implementation experience desired
Integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and FI/CO functions
Experience with leading a team of functional analysts and external consultants
Experience in working in a global environment and understands localization requirements
Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex application issues
Experience with MES integration, label printer, and RF Devices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Food services or CPG industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
