Title: Lead Architect

Location: Denver, CO or Dallas, TX

Contract: 12 Months

CCIE with 10+ years of experience
Understand customer 5G deployment and technology roadmap
Proactively design and develop solutions based on Cisco Service Provider best practices, customizing as necessary to enable the customer 3rd party applications and appliances
Position value of Cisco intellectual property as part of the comprehensive solution for solving the customer business problems that may occur during each phase of the build
Translate customer requirements to develop customer solutions, whole offers and customer projects
Position value of Cisco as part of a comprehensive solution for solving customer business problems
Assist in scoping customer engagement activities for input into the customer pre-sales process
Build and maintain long-term customer architecture/operations strategy
Conceptualize, plan, design and lead cross functional teams across multi-domain architectures
Advocate current and emerging technologies and solutions relevant to customer technology architecture
Build & maintain deep relationships with key internal stakeholders to facilitate complete end to end product and service solutions in support of the customer strategy

Expected Responsibilities:

Technical incident escalation leadership
Regular engagement with the DISH Wireless Network Engineering to review critical outages and contribute to Root Cause Analysis
Contribute to incident management, problem management and proactive performance monitoring definitions, and troubleshooting guides
Identify recurring patterns across customer network in the monitoring platforms and propose permanent solutions.
Review incidents and events in the monitoring platforms and ensure critical alerts are accurately correlated and classified by severity.
Augment existing Tier 3 engineering team scope and deliverables
