Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Lead high complexity projects and teams to successful completion.
- Serve as an IS customer liaison across regions and potentially Enterprise.
- Responsible for the entire life cycle for highly complex projects including but not limited to: creation of project plans, research and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and documentation - following IS standards and procedures.
- Create requirements communication plan, manage requirements conflicts, determine appropriate requirements format, create a requirements package, conduct requirements presentations, conduct formal requirements reviews and obtain requirements signoffs.
- Identifies and recommends alternative methods and technologies to meet business needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience with project management development processes with projects exceeding $500,000.
- Five (5) or more years of Business Process Analysis experience desired.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent with tools to document business requirements/processes - MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- At least three (3) years of direct supervision responsibility including setting objectives and conducting annual performance reviews.
- General understanding of standard CAD and Engineering Tools. In depth working knowledge of the subject matter as it applies to CAD Systems required for development of cranes and the lifting industry. Must demonstrate strong EVA and business understanding. Must accept schedule and budget responsibility.
- In-depth understanding and experience with Wind-chill/PDMLink or Equivalent Engineering Data Management System.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Management of Information systems or Engineering and at least eight (8) years in a related position is required. A minimum of 12 years' relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.

Preferred Education and Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience working in a discrete manufacturing environment is strongly desired.
- Three (3) years' experience working in a ERP (SAP, Baan, InforLN etc.) environment a plus.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in an office environment with occasional visits to warehousing, manufacturing, assembly, and test areas.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to travel up to 20%

- Midpoint: $119,535.67
- Maximum: $143,442.80
