- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates720 milesof crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
- Our three renewables plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

JOB SUMMARYThe role supports the Big Spring Refinery, responsible for analyzing and evaluating operational programs and methods, monitoring performance indicators against the business strategy plan and through cross-functional collaboration devises and implements change plans to aid achieving organizational goals.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Four (4) or more years Manufacturing, preferably in Refining (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.
- Demonstrated values of honesty and integrity, respect for others, teamwork and collaboration, accountability and performance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity and the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills including ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Proficient in utilizing computer and Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Capable of multi-tasking, setting aggressive but realistic schedules with key milestones.
- Working knowledge of industry personnel safety, process safety, and operations.
- High degree of interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to influence. outcomes and drive business results without direct authority.
- Ability to create a cohesive story around performance.
- Ability to lead executive-level conversations.
- Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of Company personnel.

- Leads annual business plan development process and facilitates monthly and quarterly stewardships collaborating and coordinating with Refinery Leadership Team.
- Drives continuous improvement of business planning and stewardship processes.
- Defines and implements site business strategy to meet organization objectives.
- Identifies problems and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality.
- Accountable for all internal and upward facing data production processes for the Refinery.
- Maintains functional knowledge of business operations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends.
- Responsible for identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas and provides appropriate strategies to resolve them.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency.
- Proposes new techniques and technologies to actualize business goals.
- Undertakes research and collects data to better analyze outcomes.
- Responsible for developing business presentations for management as needed.
- Regularly monitors business performance and generates performance reports and creates dashboards.
- Responsible for monthly Solomon reporting and site lead for bi-annual fuel study.
- Actively drives annual budget process as part of business plan.
- Facilitates monthly performance and financial forecasting.
- Responsible for on-boarding new employees to Business Strategy Management System.
- Administrator of IMS elements in Business Strategy Management System: #1 Leadership and Accountability, #2 Operating Budget and #4 Stewardship Process, and #8 Assessment and Improvement.
