Position Highlights:
Under limited supervision, assists the Director of Case Management in the supervision of the case management team. This includes providing guidance in regards to policy and procedures related to patient flow, discharge process, care coordination, and regulatory compliance. Provides feedback on daily case management processes and issues to the Director. Assist with staffing, report reconciliation, QA process, and other duties as assigned. This role will serve as a clinical expert and resource for the case management team and provides input into performance improvement strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily oversight of the department
- Provides support in staff development
- Analyzes case management outcomes to identify issues and make recommendations
- Ensures job knowledge and technical competence
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- BSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution, preferred
- Minimum ADN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited institution required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in case management in an acute care setting with demonstrated proficiency in: electronic medical record, regulatory requirements, payer requirements, discharge planning, and utilization review.
- Active FL RN Licensure required
- BLS Certification required
- CCM or ACM Certification, preferred
- Experience in oncology nursing, preferred
