WHO we're looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Client Partner to build a focused market strategy and implement pro-active sales activities for our Data and Analytics practice. As a Lead Client Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing expansion strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint, increasing our market share, and exceeding client expectations. Requires deep understanding of the market and competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent strategic thinking abilities, and a passion for technology.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and closing deals.
  • Be the face of WorldLink to the market and help position us as an industry leader and trusted advisor.
  • Leverage the WorldLink ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and service lines to develop solutions that address the client's business problems.
  • Achieving company growth objectives through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Enterprise clients.
  • Collect market intelligence on client trends, key initiatives, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape to support informed decision-making and sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with field sales and delivery/recruiting leadership to ensure optimal performance across the client portfolio.
  • Partner with Account Managers to foster stronger relationships with the contingent program desk and align with the contingent program expectations.
  • Provide oversight of day-to-day client interactions and transactions.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and client management, with a proven track record of driving business expansion.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar.
  • Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging business leaders and executive sponsors at large enterprises.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXOs of leading organization.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation.
  • Experience in S/W contract negotiations.
  • Experience with competitor mapping and SWAT analysis.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • History of achieving/overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to define specific to ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments.
  • Well networked within the IT services industry, financial services and capital markets vertical.
  • Ability to identify upcoming RFPs / deals by networking with key client partners.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
