- Design, develop, and modify robust data infrastructure to accelerate data analysis and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to address and solve complex data challenges.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and security by implementing and upholding digital security protocols.
- Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to optimize business performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the integration of modern technologies into existing data standards and structures.
- Create and manage data management plans to maintain accurate and comprehensive business intelligence systems.
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Manager or Lead Data Engineer, with at least 6 years in data engineering roles.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries, developing stored procedures, and troubleshooting data import/export errors in SQL Server.
- Extensive experience with Python or Java for data processing and analytics.
- Proficiency in schema design, dimensional data modeling, and database management technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and a willingness to learn and expand expertise in Azure services.
- Strong understanding of data migration, data mapping, data validation, and reporting practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
