Job Summary
We are seeking a guide Sr Engineer with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills in Data warehouse Databricks, Spark. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This is an onsite work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Certifications Required
Certified Python Developer or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Be responsible for the development and maintenance of Databricks environments to ensure efficient performance and scalability.
- Guide in Tableau to create and lead interactive dashboards and reports.
- Implement and lead Snowflake databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Use Python for data transformation automation and integration tasks.
- Ensure efficient load balancing to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica to ensure accurate and timely data integration.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gain and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Monitor and solve data pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Supply to the continuous improvement of data architecture and processes.
- Must have solid experience in Data warehouse Databricks Tableau Snowflake Python Transformer Load balancing ETL and ETL Tool
- Informatica.
- Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be able to work optimally in a hybrid work model.
- Must be diligent and able to run multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
