What You'll Do as a Lead General Dentist:
- Provide Comprehensive Dental Care - Perform detailed exams and full treatment planning, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
- Guide & Mentor the Team - Lead clinical operations, support the dental team, and help create a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Ensure Patient Satisfaction & Retention - Deliver top-tier patient experiences that build trust and long-term relationships
- Stay on the Cutting Edge - Adopt the latest advancements in digital dentistry, restorative techniques, and patient care strategies
- Work with Medicaid & Private Insurances - Ensure compliance and efficiency while providing excellent care to a diverse patient base
What We're Looking For:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Valid New York dental license and Medicaid credentialing experience
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in comprehensive treatment planning and a broad scope of dental procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire the team and drive office success.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and high clinical standards.
