Job Overview:
The Lead Developer combines technical expertise with leadership and management skills, focusing on guiding projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality software development. The Lead Developer will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the development team meets deadlines and requirements and will be responsible for designing and implementing new software solutions.
Shift & Schedule Details:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite with remote work flexibility).

What You'll Do:
- Guide the technical direction of projects, including architectural decisions, tool selection, and technology choices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Lead and manage a development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.
- Identify development opportunities and prioritize projects.
- Work with a Project Manager to develop and manage project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Assist with hiring and performance reviews of team members.
- Design and develop new software solutions and maintain existing systems.
- Write testable and scalable code for programs.
- Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging.
- Communicate client specifications to development teams.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, marketing, and sales.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in a lead development role or 5+ years of relevant development experience.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Extensive experience with the Laravel TALL stack, including Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, as well as effectively manage projects and timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
- Ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient with automation tools and scripting to streamline operations.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
