Lead Engineering Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead plant expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee equipment installations to enhance production efficiency and optimize operational workflows
- Drive the integration of new technologies, including mechanization and automation (robotization) strategies
- Manage all aspects of project design, including planning, budgeting, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and actively participate in safety committees
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, while maintaining quality standards
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Significant experience in the manufacturing sector with a focus on project management
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Engineering; 5+ years in food environment
- Proven ability to lead and manage a small, collaborative project team
- Ability to handle multiple projects across various sites simultaneously
- Knowledge=/experience in various continuous improvement processes
- Experience in managing project budgets
