Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Solutions professional to oversee the implementation and management of Oracle Lease and Financial Management (OLFM) modules.

This role requires expertise in leasing processes, financial modules, and ERP/CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide technical and functional guidance while ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and optimal business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oracle OLFM Implementation - Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Lease and Financial Management (OLFM) modules.
  • Lease Lifecycle Management - Oversee lease contract authoring, booking, buyout, termination, funding, rebook, transfer, assumption, and renewal processes.
  • Financial System Integration - Work with OLFM, AR, AP, GL, FA modules to ensure seamless financial workflows and US GAAP compliance.
  • Technical Documentation - Develop and maintain functional design specifications, deployment documentation, and process guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance & Code Reviews - Perform design reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest improvements for optimal performance and maintainability.
  • Project Execution & Delivery - Manage build and deployment issues, troubleshoot system errors, and implement new features.
  • Business Impact Analysis - Conduct high-level and detailed designs, assess system customizations, and support ERP financial applications.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Thought Leadership - Contribute to ERP/CRM best practices, conduct training sessions, and mentor junior team members.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with customer architects and business users to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Agile Development - Participate in scrum ceremonies, manage project backlogs, and oversee sprint deliverables.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle OLFM module implementation.
  • Strong expertise in lease lifecycle management, including contract authoring, buyout, funding, and renewals.
  • Proficiency in financial modules such as OLFM, AR, AP, GL, and FA.
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP accounting treatment for leases.
  • ERP/CRM Cloud Experience - Functional and technical knowledge of ERP/CRM cloud platforms, including automation and integrations.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies - Experience managing projects in Agile environments with tools like Jira.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
