The Lead Financial Analyst, Global Development Consolidations is responsible for financial forecasting and reporting for the Innovative Medicine R&D Global Development organization. This role partners across Finance and GD to deliver on all major forecast and close deliverables, as well as to provide ad hoc and project support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads financial forecasting for all labor resources across the Innovative Medicine Global Development organization
  • Provides guidance and leadership to GD Functional analysts for all forecast, latest thinking, and close cycles
  • Consolidates quarterly results and Functional Budget vs. Actual reporting packages to inform business partners on performance, identify risks and opportunities
  • Supports team of 1 SFA and 1 co-op direct reports to provide functional budget and financial business partner support
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team

Key Qualifications:

Education:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:
  • A minimum of four (4) years of finance or related business experience is required.
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills, required.
  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to drive improved processes, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks, is required.
  • A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.
  • This role can be located in either Titusville, New Jersey, Raritan, New Jersey, Spring House, PA or Beerse Belgium and may require up to 10% travel.


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ 91,000-$147,200.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
