Lead Financial Manager with Security Clearance

Financial Manager (Lead) On-Site | Norfolk, VA Secret Clearance Required We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager (Lead) to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This on-site role involves leading financial management support services for a government contract, ensuring compliance with federal standards, and driving strategic financial initiatives. Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison to the Government for financial management support. Identify challenges and develop strategic financial solutions. Oversee financial application automation and process improvements. Ensure compliance with government regulations and accounting principles. Prepare milestone reports and executive-level presentations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (Masters preferred). 7+ years of DoD financial management experience, including budgeting and cost estimation. 5+ years leading financial teams of 10+ members. Strong executive presentation and data visualization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and data management. Knowledge of DoD financial policies, PPBE process, FIAR compliance, and financial systems. Government security clearance required.
