Business System Analyst (BSA) Job Description
We seek a BSA to work with our software development teams, provide organizational communication support, coach scrum teams, and create documentation and dashboards.

Experience and skills

• You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework and all its artifacts and techniques. You also have the technical savvy to create Jira, Easy BI, and/or Power BI dashboards. In addition, you have the soft skills to craft organizational communications. You'll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) and be focused on deliverables. If you're a strong communicator, a capable leader, and invested in Agile frameworks, we'd like to meet you.
• Responsibilities
• Manage each project's scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Create dashboards and reports
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Craft documentation & communication
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Requirements and skills
• Experience in a scrum master role
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field
• Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Scrum master certification is a plus
