We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact engineering projects within the manufacturing and industrialization sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle-from design and planning to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of relevant experience, a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, and the ability to guide teams through challenges with minimal oversight. As a Lead Industrialization Project Manager you will have;
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and communicating operational plans for engineering-based projects within the manufacturing or industrialization sectors.
  • Ability to manage projects with high complexity and significant impact on the business.
  • Expertise in preparing designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates, and overseeing production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  • Strong skills in monitoring project progress, resolving operational problems, and minimizing delays.
  • Proficiency in identifying, gathering, and developing resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ability to prepare engineering standards, develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and select materials, equipment, project teams, and external contractors.
  • Experience managing large projects or end-to-end processes with minimal supervision.


Qualifications;
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in industrialization project management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (engineering, industrial management, etc.).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching, reviewing, and delegating tasks to junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support teams in project management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,0000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
