We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Architect with extensive expertise in SiemensTeamcenter PLM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization ofcomprehensive PLM solutions. With over 10 years of experience in PLM systems,you will be a key driver in enabling digital transformation, ensuring alignmentbetween business goals and technical solutions, and fostering innovation acrossthe product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and implementscalable Teamcenter PLM architectures tailored to meet business needs.
-Define and document solution roadmaps,integration strategies, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations.
-Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLMimplementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design,development, testing, and deployment.
-Ensure seamless integration ofTeamcenter with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and other enterprise systems.
-Architect solutions for complexintegrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD integrations,and workflows.
-Optimize existing Teamcenterenvironments for performance, scalability, and usability.
-Collaborate with businessstakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirementsand deliver value-driven solutions.
-Translate business objectives intotechnical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Establish PLM standards, governanceframeworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.
-Perform system health checks, audits,and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
-Provide technical leadership tocross-functional teams, mentoring junior architects and engineers on Teamcentercapabilities and best practices.
-Deliver training sessions tostakeholders to drive system adoption and proficiency.
-Stay current with Siemens Teamcenteradvancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhancebusiness processes.
-Identify and implement opportunitiesfor process automation and digital transformation within PLM systems.
MUST HAVES
-10+ years of experience in PLM systemswith a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter.
-Proven track record in implementingand managing large-scale Teamcenter PLM projects.
-Deep knowledge of Teamcenterarchitecture, modules (e.g., Active Workspace, BOM, Change Management, WorkflowDesign), and customization.
-Expertise in Teamcenter integrationwith Upstream CRM/CPQ (Salesforce) and ALM (Polarion) systems and downstreamDesign Automation (Rulestream, SAP Product Configurator) and ERP (SAP, Oracle)
-Strong proficiency in programming andscripting (e.g., C++, Java, ITK, RAC, BMIDE).
-Expertise in PLM-ERP-MES integrations,particularly Teamcenter-SAP interfaces.
-Familiarity with engineering,manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes in industries such asautomotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
