Description:
We are seeking a Lead .NET FSE to join our team, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end development processes, including front-end and back-end architecture, cloud integration, and database management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensures code quality through reviews, and mentors' junior developers. Drives innovation by implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines
Location: Coppell, TX *Candidate is required to be in the office, hybrid model*
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Web API, Azure, .Net Core, MS SQL Server, Angular, and .Net
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Web API, Azure, .Net Core, MS SQL Server, Angular, and .Net
Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable web applications
Have a solid understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Show proficiency in using version control systems like Git
Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Possess a strong understanding of database design and optimization
Other Compensations:
