Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- 2+ years of leading technical teams
- .NET programming knowledge in C# (6+ years)
- Proven ability to lead a project team and to work under minimal direction
- Demonstrated understanding of application design, development, testing, integration and support within an SDLC framework.
- Ability to successfully resolve application defects and document solutions within a knowledge base
- Must be detail oriented and have demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, deliver on schedule, understand and manage priorities and raise risks/issues on a timely basis.
- Agile experience; certification as a Scrum Master
- Web Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, APIs, Angular.js (optional), SQL, CSS and Bootstrap
- SQL (4+ years)
- Proven track record providing excellent customer service while under pressure. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
