Lead Probate Attorney

We are looking for an experienced probate attorney to lead its growing probate practice. This role requires a skilled professional with a deep understanding of probate law, strong client service abilities, and the ability to handle cases independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage probate cases from initiation to resolution
• Draft, review, and file probate-related legal documents
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on probate matters
• Collaborate with the estate planning team for seamless client service
• Stay updated on probate laws and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active state bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years of probate law experience
• Strong knowledge of probate procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
