As Lead Project Engineer, you'll be based at our Centennial, CO office, overseeing our team on complex wastewater lagoon projects. Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $115,000 USD- $145,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, outstanding bonus program, employee development and growth opportunities, flexible work arrangements, work from home Wednesdays, and a generous vacation and holiday package.

What You'll Do
1. Project Design & Execution
- Drive engineering success on multiple complex projects, meeting all internal and client specifications.
- Oversee and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and bills of material.
- Offer engineering support across the project lifecycle, from sales through installation, start-up, and warranty.
2. Team Development & Leadership
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of project engineers and designers.
- Lead the development of processes and tools that ensure top-quality deliverables.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set professional development goals, and foster a collaborative team environment.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Provide exceptional customer service for all project-related needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project engineering, facilitating cross-departmental alignment.
- Partner with project management to modify documentation and resolve technical challenges.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of project engineering experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Background in water/wastewater engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling.
- A meticulous, solutions-driven leader with an ownership mentality and a thirst for continuous learning.
