Design test processes, frameworks, and workflows that ensure consistent quality delivery.
Lead QA engineers and automation specialists.
Develop and execute QA strategies and test plans.
Define test objectives, scope, and resource allocation based on project requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks related to quality and testing.
Oversee manual and automated testing processes, ensuring testing is done efficiently and effectively.
Ensure automation coverage and develop a strategy for automated test scripts and frameworks.
Review and optimize the existing test automation suite for better performance and maintenance.
Manage testing efforts for different types of testing (functional, integration, regression, performance)
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are clear
and quality standards are defined early in the development lifecycle.
Participate in design reviews and sprint planning sessions to define testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain defect tracking and report metrics on issues found during testing to ensure effective resolution.
