- Offshore Hiring: Manage and execute offshore hiring initiatives, navigating international labor markets to source and hire talent for global operations.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for leadership and operational roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes and methodologies, ensuring efficient and scalable hiring.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate with teams for candidate evaluation, selection, and final onboarding processes.
- Employer Branding: Champion the company's employer brand, ensuring a strong presence in relevant talent markets.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment efforts comply with local, state, and international employment laws, as well as internal policies.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional recruitment experience, with a focus on leadership and operational roles.
- Offshore Hiring Expertise: Proven experience with offshore recruitment and an understanding of global labor market dynamics.
- Leadership Hiring: Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership roles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach to assess recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the hiring process.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Global Mindset: Knowledge of international employment regulations, cultural differences, and global talent strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
