We are seeking a truly exceptional, driven, and creative Lead RPA Engineer to support the definition, delivery and success of the RPA for Entertainment Partners. We are developing a team to deliver automation that will help unlock the power of our existing resources and support the continued growth of our clients. Additionally, we are also looking to use automation to make EP more efficient internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and support Bot deployments for end to end RPA implementations comprising of multiple applications, processes and technologies.
  • Facilitate and advise the clients and internal stakeholders to determine the best business alternatives and to clearly communicate the benefits to implementing specific solutions and identifying areas to add value.
  • Set the standard for the team and internal users to develop high-quality documentation to support automated solutions, including process definition documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), PDD/SDD review process, end-user support playbooks, and training guides
  • Manage the RPA remote team to implement the solution roadmap using the Agile methodology with adherence to various levels of support and SLAs. As the team expands there may be additional opportunity to managing onshore data team members.
  • Grow the team. Work to identify what new roles are required and help recruit and identify new talent to join the team. Provide input into the organization design of the ongoing RPA Development and Support team.
  • Be a primary point of contact for UiPath and SI partner to gather expert input on our implementation as needed.
  • Contribute to the client-centric culture. Work with a diverse team consisting of business sponsors, process owners, business analysts and developers to analyze, standardize and automate business processes


Job Requirements/Qualifications Needed

  • Minimum 5 years of technical development work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as Senior/Lead Automation Engineer using UiPath or an equivalent RPA platform
  • Extensive experience in installing and configuring RPA tools in AWS
  • Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / .NET Core / C# and Databases and experience automating in O365 products and Excel Macros
  • Experience in a large matrix-style organization where your team collaborates and integrates with other teams across the organization
  • Experience in RPA change management.
