Detail JD:
Salesforce - Service Cloud Developer Lead (4 to 7 years of exp)
Salesforce Service Cloud (min 1 Full lifecycle implementation)
LWC, Apex, JavaScript, Salesforce OOB Security, Customization
Others - OOPS concept, Understand on Govern limit, Unit test class
Tools Stack : JIRA, SonarQube, DevOps tools
Agile : Executing Agile projects, Proficient in Agile/Scrum/managing agile projects
Primary responsibility is to understand design and implement solution using Salesforce Service Cloud
Must have hands on experience in SF technical skills including LWC, Apex, JavaScript, Salesforce OOB Security and others like OOPS concept, Understand on Govern limit, Unit test class etc.
Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its features, as well as the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Customizing the user interface, creating custom objects and fields, defining validation rules, and implementing automation through workflows and process builders.
Implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems. This includes data mapping, data transformation, and ensuring data integrity and security throughout the integration process.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including providers, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any issues or concerns. You should stay updated with the latest industry trends, Salesforce releases, and emerging technologies in the healthcare domain.
