SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Rehab Services with the Outpatient Therapy Supervisors, the Lead Satellite Clinic Therapist provides oversight and direction in the satellite clinical setting for the staff therapists and support personnel. Individuals also provide quality therapy in their respectivet herapy discipline (PT, OT or SLP) services through evaluation of patients, and provides the prescribed treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.
PT, OT or SLP clinician to serve as Creekwood Clinical Lead Therapist. Will be involved with day to day oversight and operations of clinic, primary to onboarding new staff and oversight of existing staff. Will work with clinic supervisor and director to complete tasks that include but not limited to annual performance reviews, 6 month reviews, weekly productivity monitoring and coaching, supply ordering, delegation of staff to support clinic cleaning, stocking of items, and assuring all functions of clinic operate effectively. Will maintain a clinical caseload with 80% clinical and 20% administrative tasks. Should be present in clinic 5 days of the week with schedule options available to assure presence both early and late to support clinic operations and oversight. Ancillary staff oversight include front office staff, reimbursement staff and phone staff that function primarily from the Creekwood location. Also involved with marketing and promoting services to providers and community with oversight over patient satisfaction and involvement therein.
EXPERIENCE:2 years clinical experience minimum.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Occupational Therapy, Bachelors - Physical Therapy, Other - Speech Language Pathology
