Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities Lead and Manage the Scrum team to meet the business timelines for the deliverables assigned to the team.
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Facilitate the prioritization and removal of impediments, paying particular attention to cross team dependencies.
• Ensuring that all Scrum events/ceremonies(Daily Scrum/Backlog Grooming/Sprint Retrospective/Sprint Planning/Sprint Demos etc) take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross functionality.
• Work closely with the Chief Product Owner to deliver a potentially releasable product increment at least every Sprint Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment; and, Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
