Benefits
The annual base salary range is $130000 -$175000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the digital search platform (end-to-end).
- Provide technical leadership and guide the team in developing scalable software solutions.
- Take ownership of critical components within the operations environment.
- Advocate for infrastructure standards, frameworks, and tools.
- Foster a culture of operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Mentor and manage other engineers within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise search platforms (preferably Fusion and/or Constructor).
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD using modern DevOps tools.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
- High-energy, self-motivated, results-oriented with a "get it done" attitude. Capable of working effectively in a team setting.
- Ability to handle changes in direction and work priorities with ease; is positive and level-headed under pressure; adaptable.
- Demonstrated passion for quality and innovation with a customer-first attitude.
