Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of software solutions for complex customer problems.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and leadership, to ensure effective project execution.
- Lead and mentor software engineers, fostering career development and technical expertise within the team.
- Establish and implement efficient software development processes and best practices.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software deployment.
- Develop and execute technology vision, roadmaps, and strategic planning to align with business objectives.
- Assist in proposal development and contribute technical expertise to business growth initiatives.
- Ensure standardization and compliance across divisions for consistency in software development practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading development teams.
- Strong proficiency in software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with designing and integrating scalable, high-performance software systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in working across multiple teams and divisions to drive consistency and collaboration.
- Ability to contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and solution planning.
