We are seeking a Lead Sourcing & Contracts Manager to support the scaling and operational goals of our rapidly growing fiber optic company. This role requires experience in vendor assessment, procurement, and contract management to drive efficient and strategic expansion efforts.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Sourcing & Contracts Manager to support the scaling and operational goals of our rapidly growing fiber optic company. This role requires experience in vendor assessment, procurement, and contract management to drive efficient and strategic expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the RFP bid, negotiation, and vendor selection process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Evaluate and screen vendors and general contractors for outside plant fiber engineering and construction projects.
- Develop and refine scope of work and bid documents, manage NDAs, and coordinate Q&A sessions with market leads.
- Collect, analyze, and compare bid responses, facilitating financial analysis and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Oversee contract preparation, including master service agreements, redlining, and legal feedback cycles through execution.
- Manage ongoing contract amendments and addendums throughout their lifecycle.
- Implement and improve processes for vendor management, ensuring compliance and performance alignment.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in vendor procurement, contract management, and RFP processes.
- Knowledge of outside plant fiber engineering and construction is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, process development, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal, written, and administrative skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
