Job Description:
Designing, implementing, and leading Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions like Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for an organization, primarily concentrating on messaging and communication features, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Analyze business needs to identify optimal messaging and collaboration solutions within M365, including features like email, chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and team collaboration tools.
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architecture plans for M365 messaging and collaboration infrastructure, considering user access, security, compliance, and integration with other systems. Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation of M365 messaging and collaboration services, including user provisioning, mailbox migration, team site creation, and policy configuration.
Customization and Integration: Design and implement custom solutions using features like SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps to enhance collaboration capabilities.
User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on standard processes for applying M365 collaboration tools. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure optimal user experience.
Security and Compliance: Ensure consistency to data privacy and security regulations by configuring appropriate M365 security settings and access controls. Required Skills and Experience: Deep Expertise in M365: Thorough understanding of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related features.
Technical Skills: Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, and network infrastructure. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams including IT, business partners, and end-users.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Project Management: Confirmed ability lead age project timelines, budgets, and work.
