Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- This role is currently hybrid, requiring three days onsite, with the possibility of transitioning to fully onsite in Washington, D.C.
- Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 8 Years minimum software development experience.
- Three years of experience with TRIRIGA.
- IBM Certified Application Development.
- TRIRIGA Application Platform V3.2.1 certification, preferably within the past three years.
- Configuration and installation of interfaces between TRIRIGA and other COTS applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle SQL, and Linux.
- Understanding of system architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and cloud solutions related to TRIRIGA deployments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize TRIRIGA applications.
- Excellent communication skills and engagement with stakeholders and business users.
- Experience in project management and handling development deliverables.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) for cloud-hosted TRIRIGA implementations.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (Scrum Master, Agile Developer).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy TRIRIGA solutions, including custom applications, configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in TRIRIGA development and implementation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage TRIRIGA platform enhancements, including database design, UI customization, and API integrations.
- Optimize TRIRIGA system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of TRIRIGA applications.
- Work closely with project management teams following Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Integrate TRIRIGA with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and IoT platforms.
