YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure RH products meet or exceed our brand quality standards
  • Oversee product inspection and approval processes from pre-production through delivery
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for quality issues at product and process levels
  • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in product and vendor performance
  • Lead the supplier chargebacks process, collaborating cross-functionally to develop, enforce, and uphold policies that ensure accountability for non-compliance or quality issues
  • Partner with vendors to identify root causes of issues, implement corrective actions, and drive accountability through the creation and management of KPIs, performance scorecards, and capacity validation processes
  • Build strategic, collaborative relationships with suppliers to enhance accountability and performance
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies within key category segments
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships aligned with RH's supply chain and product goals

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Product Integrity/Quality, and Production/Manufacturing, ideally within retail environment
  • Expertise in product quality management, supplier accountability, and chargeback practices
  • Proven success in managing vendor relationships and improving performance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management abilities
  • Deep understanding of RH's systems, product life cycle, and order/inventory management
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Practical knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and category management best practic
