Job Definition:
Based on identified training needs in the supply chain operations of high-performance computer manufacturing, designs and develops technical or non-technical materials to be used for process improvement and/or employee development. Works with project teams to assess, design, develop, and evaluate and/or acquire content. Tests and refines materials and process improvements by working with team members.
This position requires US citizenship and is based in Chippewa Falls, WI.

USD Annual Salary: $53,600.00 - $122,800.00

Responsibilities:
- Participates in supporting development needs via assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning and development solutions.
- Assists with the alignment of development priorities with the needs of the business/functions.
- Supports tracking and reporting of activity against assigned projects.
- Supports cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
- Supports the design and plan of assigned projects.
- Writes standard operating procedures that are used for development opportunities.
- Assist in training and mentoring of document owner and authors.
- Works to maintain and develop document management system.
- Must be a US Citizen
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good facilitation, content design, writing and consulting skills.
- Good business and planning acumen.
- Good leadership, communication, change management, relationship management, and project management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new tools, technologies, and systems.
- Good Microsoft Office capability.
