We are targeting an experienced Internal Learning Enablement Manager that is critical in building support and momentum for some of the key initiatives that drive behaviors and results on the frontline. The core members of any successful enablement team as they can tactically execute project deliverables, ensuring that internal enablement efforts deliver on the strategic goals agreed upon with senior leaders.

They are responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling, supporting and revenue performance.

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Learning Center, the Internal Enablement Manager works collaboratively with company leadership, Marketing, Sales, Software, and vendor partners, to develop and implement training, content messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support the Sales Team, Support Team, and customers, increasing velocity, win rates, deal size, and the overall sales productivity of our sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience in building an enablement program from the ground up
  • Able to engage and motivate content experts to deliver compelling materials for training
  • Excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Exposure to a quota carrying role with experience in sales enablement and retention / adoption experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Showpad
  • Overseeing the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance a company's credibility and customer-base. The duties include leading a team of content professionals, creating content strategies to highlight products learning initiatives
  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
  • Mentor, Edit, proofread, and improve writers' material
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders


JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of professional work experience and 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with demonstrated impact
  • Industry experience and technical understanding related to the data analytics industry, and/or hands-on experience using analytics technologies.
  • Good understanding and experience supporting cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity working with enterprise B2B sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
  • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building engaging, effective online learning programs and tools
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with design software
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under time pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
