As the Learning Platforms Manager, you will play a key role within the North America Sales Training team by enabling our sales professionals to access training on any device, at any time, to drive the behavior required to exceed business objectives. You will work in an inclusive, dynamic environment, collaborating with the team, stakeholders, and the field to drive performance, measure results, and handle the technical side of sales training.
This role is based in our Morrisville, NC facility and will report to the Director, Sales Training Operations.

As the Learning Platforms Manager, you will play a key role within the North America Sales Training team by enabling our sales professionals to access training on any device, at any time, to drive the behavior required to exceed business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Own the learning platforms strategy, processes, and administration for North America Sales Training
- Create and fulfill product roadmaps for the LMS (Docebo), gamification tools, blended learning, etc.
- Configure and maintain the user experience for North America sales, including home page configuration, searchable course catalog, user groups, enrollment and content mapping, gamification, etc.
- Provide technical oversite of the LMS (Docebo) for sales, including system change management, sandbox testing, end user testing, etc. to proactively ensure a defect free environment on any device
- Troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively on problem management
- Manage learning data analytics, including pre-test/post-test variance, competency fulfillment, etc.
- Report out on training compliance, learner engagement, platforms usage and performance
- Represent sales training on the collaborative, inclusive LMS Governance Council to establish and maintain system standards, naming conventions, policies, SOPs, data integrity rules, branding, etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HRIS, etc. or equivalent experience/certifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience systems administrator/product owner (direct experience with Docebo preferred)
- Strong sense of ownership balanced with a team oriented, inclusive, collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple, deadline-driven projects and related work
- Demonstrated initiative in Continual Service Improvement
