Legal Contracts Negotiator

We are looking for a Legal Contracts Negotiator to join our team. We are seeking someone who will communicate openly and forge close working relationships throughout our company and with vendors. Success in this role includes a strong understanding of contractual terms and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate and oversee inbound transactional matters
• Analyze and interpret complex provisions in multi-party contracts to ensure compliance and consistency
• Proactively deliver timely, pragmatic, and business-oriented advice to various internal clients and stakeholders
• Work with internal operations teams to build scalable infrastructure for supporting rapidly growing domestic and international teams
• Collaborate with procurement organization regarding improved ways to facilitate high volume transactions for clients
• Serve as trusted and confident counsel to specified business units to support commercial initiatives and internal compliance
