A full-time position is now available for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in Hawaii, combining meaningful therapeutic work with participation in innovative clinical research.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to address client needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate in team discussions to refine therapy approaches.

Requirements

What's Required:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work).
• Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Two or more years of clinical experience.
• Strong documentation and client relationship-building skills.
