Compensation: $87,000 - 110,000 annually; flat rate available

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnostic evaluation and treating various mental health conditions, including anxiety/panic disorders, mood disorders, PTSD/CPTSD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Couples therapy experience is also valued. This role offers flexibility, with options for in-person sessions at our North Phoenix and Scottsdale locations as well as telehealth services.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy services to individuals and couples, addressing a range of mental health conditions.
Utilize appropriate diagnostic codes for accurate medical documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Offer specialized care, such as EMDR, Somatic, or Brainspotting, for holistic treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice policies.
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
Associate clinicians may be considered but will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be classified as a W2 employee.
1-3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Ability to provide at least eight hours of in-person therapy per week.
Ability to provide a minimum of at least twelve hours of hybrid (in-person and telehealth) services per week.
Experience with trauma-informed therapy approaches.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, or art therapy.
Familiarity with progressive therapeutic frameworks.
