Job Description:
- Provide nursing care to residents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Work as part of a team with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the overnight shift.
- Collaborate with an on-site RN supervisor for any clinical or care-related concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist residents with daily activities as needed.
- Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in short-term rehabilitation efforts for designated residents.

This is a skilled nursing floor with 35 - 40 residents, including some receiving short-term rehabilitation. Join a dedicated team committed to providing quality care and support to residents.
