Job Description:
- Work on a skilled nursing floor with 35 to 40 residents, including some receiving short-term rehabilitation.
- Provide nursing care in collaboration with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the overnight shift.
- Have access to a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor in the building.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Ensure resident safety and adherence to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
