• Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
• Status: Full time, Part-Time
• 8-hour Shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a
• 12-hours Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Must have weekend availability (Every weekend or Every other weekend)
• Facility Location: Greenville, NC

Qualifications of a LPN:

• Currently licensed as an LPN (State of North Carolina)
• Certification program completed as an LPN
• CPR/BLS certification

Requirements to Apply:

• 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
• Social Security card
• LPN license and registration (State of North Carolina)
• 2 reference letters / references to call
• BLS/ CPR
• PPD/QuantiFERON
