Responsibilities
Oversee and facilitate real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with DOL regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain clients, leveraging company-provided tools and resources.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, networking, and exceptional service.
Stay current on market trends, industry changes, and legal updates to provide clients with expert advice.
Utilize CRM and other technology platforms to efficiently manage leads, transactions, and client follow-ups.
Qualifications
Active Washington real estate Broker or Managing Broker license
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed broker with a proven track record of successful transactions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while also able to collaborate with other brokers.
Experience with real estate contracts, forms, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools.
A client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
