OS: Linux Administration Scripting and DevOps: Bash/Shell, Jenkins, docker CHEF, Ansible and Bitbucket Middleware: IBM MQ, Kafka (broker, connector mirrormaker) and Tibco FTL Networking: concepts of Firewall/VPN Monitoring tool: Splunk, UC4 ITSM tools - BMC Remedy Helix, Jira 5+ years of DevOps support engineering experience preferably lead profiles 5 years of Experience in Unix/Linux infra support, handling linux server issues, troubleshooting the job failures in linux environment 3-5 yrs of exp in Job scheduling tools administration. Ex: UC4 administration, Control-M administration 5 year of exp in Scripting - shell scripting, python, Java to automate the daily/weekly job handling 3 years hands on Jenkins, Maven, Nexus Knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, and Wiki Strong troubleshooting skills ITIL process knowledge AWS /Google Cloud will be a plus.
