As a Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the gathering of necessary documents and evidence to build strong claims
- Evaluating the merits of personal injury cases and developing effective litigation strategies
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients, providing guidance and support
- Conducting medical reviews and negotiating settlements
- Managing a diverse caseload while demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Opening new files, creating litigation plans, and conducting discovery
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A solid understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
- The ability to connect with clients during challenging times and provide exceptional support
- Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team
Work Schedule:
- 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Onsite in a professional office setting
